Why Work With Us
No claims about being professional, reliable or competitive. Only the numbers we can put in a quotation, a sample report or a QC document.
What you can hold us to
Dedicated production lines
Rackets, shuttlecocks, football, and basketball/volleyball each run on their own line — no shared tooling compromise.
Minimum order quantity
Most products start at 500 pcs, so you can test a market before committing to a full container.
Sample lead time (days)
Sampling runs on a separate schedule from mass production, so samples never queue behind another client’s order.
Racket weight tolerance
Every racket is individually weighed. Balance point held to ±3mm of the approved golden sample.
Pre-shipment inspection
ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II sampling on every batch, with a written report before the container is sealed.
Compliance standards
ISO 9001, BSCI, REACH and Prop 65 documentation available with each shipment.
Where other suppliers cut corners
Most quality problems in sporting goods come from the same four shortcuts. We design our process around avoiding them.
- Quoting without a sample. We do not confirm a price until the construction is defined.
- Sampling on the mass production line. Samples run on their own schedule, so they are not rushed between orders.
- Testing only the first and last carton. Inspection follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II sampling across the batch.
- Passing export paperwork to the buyer. Documents are prepared and checked in-house before dispatch.
Verification path
| 1 | Request a quotation with target specifications |
|---|---|
| 2 | Receive material and construction proposal |
| 3 | Approve a pre-production sample |
| 4 | Review the QC inspection report before shipment |
Every step produces a document you keep.
