How We Work

Six stages from requirement to shipment. Each stage has a defined output, so you always know what you are approving.

The Process

Requirement → Selection → Sample → Order → QC → Shipment

1

Requirement

You send product type, target specifications, order quantity, destination market and target price. If a detail is missing, we ask before quoting rather than assuming.

2

Product & Supplier Selection

We match the requirement to a production line and propose materials, construction and packaging. You receive a cost breakdown, not a single number.

3

Sample

Pre-production samples are produced in 7–10 days on a separate sampling schedule. You test flight, feel, weight and finish, and we revise until the golden sample is approved.

4

Order

Specification and golden sample are locked. Deposit received, production scheduled, and a written lead time issued with QC checkpoints.

5

QC

In-process checks at each production stage, then ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II sampling at AQL 0.65. A written report is issued before the container is sealed.

6

Shipment

Export documents prepared in-house, freight booked, and delivery arranged under FOB, CIF or DDP. Consolidated loading is available across product categories.

Lead Times

What to plan for

Lead times below are working figures for standard constructions. Custom tooling, new molds or peak-season scheduling will extend them, and we say so in the quotation rather than after the deposit.

  • Quotation: within 24 hours of a complete brief
  • Sample: 7–10 days
  • Mass production: 30–45 days after sample approval
  • Ocean freight: 25–35 days to major ports

Documents you receive
