Stage 1: Raw Material Inspection
Quality starts with ingredients. We test every incoming material batch:
Carbon Fiber
- Tensile strength verification
- Modulus of elasticity measurement
- Resin content check
- Visual inspection for fiber breakage
PU Leather & Materials
- Thickness consistency (+/-0.02mm tolerance)
- Weight per square meter
- Color fastness (rub and wash test)

Stage 2: In-Process QC

Stage 3: Finished Goods Inspection
Before shipping, every batch goes through our final check:
- AQL Sampling — We use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II sampling (0.65% for critical defects)
- Functional Testing — Rackets strung to rated tension and pressure tested; balls inflated and bounce-tested
- Packaging Verification — Correct box, correct count, correct labels, no damage
- Documentation Check — Quality certificates, test reports, MSDS for materials
